Shipping policy

All Wickery orders are hand-poured and packed with care in La Marque, Texas. Here's what to expect once you place your order.

Processing time

Orders are processed and shipped within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding U.S. holidays). During launches, holidays, and sales, processing may take a little longer — we'll let you know if there's a delay.

Shipping rates & delivery times

We currently ship anywhere in the United States.

Standard shipping — $8.00 flat rate, free on orders of $70 or more. Estimated delivery 3–5 business days after your order ships.
Express shipping — $15.00 flat rate. Estimated delivery 1–2 business days after your order ships.

Delivery estimates are provided by the carrier and are not guaranteed. Weather, carrier delays, and peak seasons can affect transit times.

Tracking

You'll receive a confirmation email when your order is placed and a second email with a tracking number as soon as it ships. Tracking can take up to 24 hours to update after the carrier scans your package.

Hot-weather shipping

We ship from the Texas Gulf Coast, so during warmer months candles and wax melts may soften slightly in transit. This does not affect the scent or burn quality. If your package arrives warm, let it rest at room temperature for a few hours before lighting. We recommend bringing packages inside promptly rather than leaving them in a mailbox or on a porch.

Address accuracy

Please double-check your shipping address before completing checkout. We are unable to reroute packages once they ship, and we can't be responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided at checkout. If you notice an error, email us right away and we'll do our best to fix it before your order leaves our studio.

Lost, stolen, or damaged packages

If your tracking shows "delivered" but your package hasn't arrived, please check with neighbors and your local carrier first, then contact us within 7 days and we'll help open a claim. Items damaged in transit are covered by our Return & Refund Policy — just send us a photo within 7 days of delivery.
