Candle care

A little attention goes a long way with soy. Here's how to get the most out of every candle.

  • The first burn matters most. Let the melted wax reach the edge of the vessel (usually 2–3 hours) before blowing it out. This prevents tunneling for the life of the candle.
  • Trim the wick to 1/4" before every burn. A short wick means a calm flame, no soot, and a longer-lasting candle.
  • Keep burns under 4 hours. Soy wax likes a break. Let it cool fully before relighting.
  • Remove the florals before lighting. Any sculpted flowers on top lift right off — set them on a warmer and use them as wax melts.
  • Stop at 1/2" of wax. Once you're near the bottom, retire the candle. Wash the vessel with warm soapy water and reuse it.
  • Keep out of sunlight and heat. Soy softens above 120°F. Store candles and bouquets somewhere cool so the petals stay crisp.

  • Start with one rose or one cube — our melts are strong, and you can always add more.
  • Works with any electric or tea-light warmer.
  • When the scent fades, let the wax harden, pop it out, and start fresh.

FAQ

What are your candles made of?
100% natural soy wax, cotton wicks, and phthalate-free fragrance oils. No paraffin, no dyes you'd worry about.

How long do they burn?
Roughly 40–45 hours for an 8 oz tumbler and 60+ hours for a 12 oz jar, with proper wick trimming.

Can I light the flower candles?
The ribbed candles, yes — just lift the florals off first. The bouquet boxes are made to be displayed, or broken apart and used as wax melts.

Will my order look exactly like the photo?
Close, but not identical. Every flower is sculpted by hand, so colors and shapes vary a little. That's the good part.

How do you ship?
Every order is wrapped by hand and shipped from Texas. We ship within a few business days of your order. In hot months we may hold shipments to avoid melting in transit — we'll email you if that happens.
